Forbes Advisor Ranks AFC Home Club “Best” Home Warranty in 2022

Citing consumer reviews and competitive pricing, Forbes crowns AFC the current home warranty kings

In a ranking published in January 2022, AFC Home Club was crowned the Best Home Warranty Company Of 2022 by Forbes Home, a trusted destination for comprehensive home advice. 

AFC (short for America’s First Choice) was reviewed among dozens of companies in categories including cost, customer satisfaction, plan options, and other features, receiving a score of 4.7 stars out of 5. 2022 is the second year in a row that AFC has been awarded the title of “best overall.”

The Forbes Home team chalked AFC’s top placement up to a number of contributing factors: “Consistently high consumer review ratings, a wide range of coverage plan options, competitive pricing, and the freedom to choose your own contractor is what sets them above the rest.”

Home Warranties On The Rise

Home warranties are services that help homeowners repair or replace their home’s major systems and appliances when they malfunction. 

With home sales skyrocketing and Americans spending more time at home, more people than ever are relying on home warranties to protect their household budgets. It’s easy to see why homeowners want to know which companies they can trust and how their home warranty works.
