Acquisition To Expand Production Capacity and Product Lineup
CordovaCann Corp. (CSE:CDVA) (OTCQB:LVRLF) (“Cordova” or the “Company”), a cannabis-focused consumer products company, announced today that the Company has entered into an arm’s length transaction by executing a non-binding letter of intent (the “LOI”) on March 19, 2021 to purchase Washington based company, WoW Industries, LLC (“WoW Industries”), which both cultivates cannabis flower and manufactures cannabis derivative products for wholesale and retail distribution in the State (the “Transaction”). The Transaction will enable Cordova to materially expand its production capacity and product lineup in Washington under well-known brands with a strong customer base.
WoW Industries, headquartered in Springdale, Washington, operates a Tier II production facility and 8,000 square foot manufacturing facility that sits on a 15-acre property. The operation cultivates numerous cannabis strains sold under the brand LuvIT Farms and manufactures a variety of cannabis derivative products sold under the brand Altus Concentrates, both of which are sold in dispensaries throughout the state of Washington. WoW Industries is led by a strong operational team that will retain significant ownership and operate the business post-closing. Cordova and the WoW Industries team plan to expand the cultivation canopy and the manufacturing capacity of the operation throughout the remainder of this year, which will position the business for significant growth and margin expansion. The Transaction as contemplated is expected to close on or before June 1, 2021 (the “Closing Date”), subject to certain closing conditions, including but not limited to satisfactory due diligence and board approval of the Company.
Pursuant to the terms of the LOI, Cordova has agreed to purchase 51% of WoW Industries, which includes, but is not limited to, ownership of cultivation and manufacturing equipment, intellectual property, and contracts with customers. The proposed consideration for the Transaction is seven hundred seventy-seven thousand five hundred (777,500) common shares of the Company and sixty thousand United States dollars ($60,000 USD) on the Closing Date. The Transaction is subject to approval from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

RoboSense And Inceptio Announced Cooperation On Mass Production Of L3 Heavy-duty Trucks
RoboSense (https://robosense.ai/) announced the launch of China’s first automotive-grade solid-state LiDAR production line and would start mass production and delivery of the automotive-grade solid-state LiDAR RS-LiDAR-M1 for contract projects in Q2 this year.
At the CES2021 in January this year, RoboSense has officially unveiled the SOP version of the automotive-grade LiDAR RS-LiDAR-M1, which features a slim design, excellent performance, and reliable point cloud quality. Since July last year, the RS-LiDAR-M1 has successively received a number of orders for mass-production vehicle models around the world, among which, the first customer was an OEM from North America. More about David Richardson, PA-C After earning his undergraduate degree in Spanish Language and Literature, David began a career as a high school Spanish teacher and volunteer interpreter for Urban Ministries, an open-door clinic that provides services to those most affected by poverty in the community.
Wanting to be more directly involved in patient care, David earned a master’s degree in health sciences from the Duke University Physician Assistant program. After initially being selected to complete a surgical residency, he turned down the opportunity following his first interaction with dermatology patients. “Dermatology was the only area of medicine that satisfied my curiosity for complex internal medicine, my passion for surgery and my eye for cosmetics.”
Since graduation David has worked in dermatology, starting his career on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, where he joined a small practice working to increase access to rural populations. After temporarily relocating to Florida to help care for his parents, David chose to return to the PNW. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors including golf, hiking and traveling.

About Kevin Wright, MD, FAAD Dr. Kevin Wright recently joined the team at The Clinic for Dermatology & Wellness as medical director and a board-certified staff dermatologist.
Dr. Wright currently splits his time between Medford and San Diego, where he is an active duty United States Naval Officer serving as the staff dermatologist at the Naval Medical Center San Diego (Balboa). Dr. Wright and his family have long been interested in the Rogue Valley and plan to settle here after his time in the Navy concludes.
Dr. Wright received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. after graduating with a double major from the University of Colorado. After running a hyperbaric chamber for US Navy dive teams in Micronesia, he completed three years of dermatology training at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, the last as chief resident. He was the recipient of the Alfred Hollander Memorial Award for teaching, as well as professional and personal integrity. Dr. Wright specializes in all facets of complex medical and surgical dermatology, with an extra focus on aesthetic and sun care regimens, acne, tattoo reactions, anogenital disease, infectious diseases of the skin, and precancerous and cutaneous oncology. His dermatologic career and passion for travelling have taken him around the world.
Outside of work, Dr. Wright and his family can usually be found enjoying the great outdoors. He is an avid surfer and enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with his family.
