Razore Rock Announces Application for Extension of $0.15 Warrants

Razore Rock Resources Inc. (“Razore Rock” or the “Company“) (CSE:RZR) wishes to announce that it will make application to extend the exercise date of 5,000,000 warrants currently exercisable until December 8, 2021 at $0.15 per share, issued pursuant to the private placement financing which closed on December 8, 2017, for a further one (1) year until December 8, 2022. The extension is subject to Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE“) approval and the Company has requested relief from the requirement of the CSE that an application for extension of warrants be made at least ten (10) trading days prior to the expiry of the warrants. There has been no change to the warrant exercise price.
